Now my question is what's the current price for it and where should I sell it?
Is it best selling it here on the boards, ingame-auction, on vendor, auction safe or "Europa Auction" ?

few have popped up for sale on Atlantic lately; I would say 75m-150m ..

I would say that is a very high estimate. The last 2 I've bought were off vendors for 35-40m. I'd say realistically between 30-60m. Of course if someone really wants it they may pay more, but there are lots of them.
