a couple oddities:
reactive paralyze on bows is useless
balance on a throwing weapon is useless
-100 luck counts as a mod and -100 intensity
durability on sheilds throws the intensity of the item waaayyyy off when imbuing
spell damage increase seems to follow damage increase/dci/hci around on mods, like somehow its in that "genre", when it really isn't. I'm assuming maybe because it has the words "damage increase"??
