I agree with Speedy on this, the really sad part is that GG wasn't joking and he has no clue that if Shak indeed did buy that account, then the joke is not on Shak, cuz to be able to afford an account for 7000 euro or whatever means he's doing damn well in the real world! The real joke is on whomever can't comprehend that simple concept. Hell I wish it was me who bought the damn account, I sure as hell wouldn't be ashamed of my purchase.
I'm quite sure GG didn't exactly set the world on fire, so he pokes at someone who obviously did.
everybody's a psychic when it comes to me i guess, but you're wrong. also people have different opinions about buying things that only exist on in cyberspace for a video game.

God the amount of time i and others have tried to get Shak to play WoW i can assure you it isn't him plus you have to be pretty dumb to not only buy a geared charater in the shadow of an expansion (Basically a complete gear resist) but to have it be so public. Blizzard unlike E.A instantly bans for any kind of rl money transactions for any ingame items, if only U.O had learnt earlier

Your basicly looking at like anywhere from 11 to 14 grand as the exchange rate changes on a daily basis, not that you would get that big of a difference day to day but over a years span, especially with our economy, you never know.
If I had 14,000$, no matter how rich I was I sure as hell wouldn't buy online crap. I'd buy a recliner that had sex with me and poured beer into my face. If any of you old Chessy players remember Zan he had : LT Sash, Vine Cords, 15/15 Val enhanced SC no pen shield, 7 phys europa winner robe etc. His suit was something insane like 15MR 40LMC 45DCI 45HCI 15SDI with 40 stam increase and so on, his individual pieces were around 200m per. Oh, and probably the sickest bokuto I've ever seen(Something like SC -1 25SSI 50DI 50 Lightning and some HCI tossed in there). He was also very wealthy, and made somewhere around 400k a year, and made the assessment that if he spent 2k a year on UO hell, that was only .5% of his income yearly, where as if someone made $30,000 like many do and spent 300$, they were worse than him. However, I'm going to call bull**** on two reasons: 4 grand is still 4 grand, bring your family on an extra vacation or go blow it in Vegas, and he played a mage that Nerve Struck, Death Struck, harm spammed, yet still sucked. If I ever get into a position where I make over 100k a year you will never see me again, because I'll change my name IRL to Speedy Claxton and get flame throwers implanted into my finger tips.

Has anyone even considered the fact that whomever bought the account can use it as a tax write off? Why do you think rich people give so much money away every year? You think it's because they're nice and they give a damn about the "have nots"? ROFL... they don't give a **** about poor people, they only do it to make themselves richer! Poor people call it "welfare", but the rich people call it "subsidy". It's been this way before any of us were ever born, people just see things only in black and white, and never look at the bigger picture.
One thing I will never worry about is being ridiculed for being too rich! The sound of that even sounds ********.

im not gonna be playing leveling games until diablo 3 comes out
there are a few awesome games coming out thoo, cant wait for them, operation flashpoint: dragon rising being on the top of that list. id definitely come play other games, youd have to pick the right ones thoo to move me over to them xD
