Shadowjump is broken.

I used to be able to shadowjump to the gold under the Despise island after a spawn, but I can't now. I have to use teleport.
I used to be able to shadowjump to a rooftop, but when SA came I could no longer do that now either. I have to use teleport.
Why???????????????????????????
Was this intended or not?
