I'll throw my two cents in:
People ask 50-175M for (unblessed) sewn pieces all day long, but the reality is the collectors prefer matching name sets or pieces with a GM's name that corresponds with real fashion labels (Prada, Hugo Boss, ect).
So if those shoes were 'sewn by Louboutin' , you'd have a nice chunk of change. But as they sit?...pick somewhere between 50-150 and don't be surprised if they take awhile to move.
