Set Last Word?

In the context menu on your charater near charater loyality and set titles, is a new option Set Last Word. Anyone mess with it yet?

Ya I am in Classic Client, I have messed with the arena's for a few nights. It is problay arena's, it says you will speak this word when you die. Only the charater I mess with the arena's has it.
