Server down again...

It seems every day its going down at the morning (russian morning). Today it went down 10:35 am (GMT +4) and still didnt recover.

Yesterday it was the same. And the day before.

All other servers are working successfully.. May be developers dont know about it and we have to write a petition/report for them?

Hattori Hanzo, its book from event which have good stats and they are blessed.

I obtained the blessed mage books during that event and still have some of them. Is there an issue with them?

They have to be unblessed. Ruleset at SP: only 1 major item from equip could be blessed. Its bug.
