Serious issue about the new account system!

Yesterday, I tried to change my password in the section
“change game account password” on the website:

accounts.eamythic.com

I have followed the instruction and saved without entering a new password. Then, my old password, which is the only password I have, did not work when I tried to log in uo.

After I contacted uo-support using both telephone and online, I received an email from them. In the email, they sent me back my account and password. I noticed that my password was not changed! But I still could not log in uo.

I have also tried to use EC and CC on both my laptop and desktop. NOT working! I believe it is not my problem.

I am wondering if anyone here has the same issue. As a 9 years veteran of UO,

I nearly lost my patience because of this new account system!:(:(

Yep, several of my accts had this same problem.

Use the phone to call cust service. I know it sucks but this will work.

Ask for agent to reset the password, they will send you an email... right away!

You must use this email within 30 min. 30 minutes from the time THEY create it, not from when you check your email.

After 30 min. you have to call again.

If you use it within the 30 min and it still won't work they need to try again or bump it up to Tier 3 and they will fix it. It will take a day or two but so far they have been able to do it for me.

Good luck and don't give up hope.
