SOLD 67mil - Lestat

I have a collection of Tailor BODs in the house; there are 6751 small and 306 large (10 CBD, 27 Spined Kit, 32 Horned Kit and 2 Barbed Kit LBODs).

The house is now public, and everything there will be left with the house.

The house is still for sale and I've decided to leave some things with it, including my extensive Tailor BOD collection. If I have some time tonight, I'll go through it and list how many small and large bods for specific rewards the collection contains (I'm talking over 9 chests full of BOD books and many others locked down on the floor).

I've had some interest but no offers yet. I'd like to sell this house by the first week of April. Thanks all!

I have a bid of 60mil from Xerxes. I'm waiting to hear from several others if they will make a counter bid.

In regards to the Tailor BODs, there are 6751 small and 306 large (10 CBD, 27 Spined Kit, 32 Horned Kit and 2 Barbed Kit LBODs). The current high bid has no interest in the BODs so they will be available for sale if Xerxes wins the house.

As I said in the above post, I was expecting to take bids until April 6th. All interested parties but the high bidder have since dropped out of the bidding. As such I have decided to take the high bid (67mil from Lestat) and sell the house. Sorry if this inconveniences anyone sitting on the sidelines. Thanks to all who expressed interest/complemented the house/made bids.
