Now that is a very nice location.. much better than the Luna one. Luna is too overpriced, especially away from the GZ.
In fact I'd say that's the best vendor spot ever.

Unless vast changes occur, the only way to/from SA/Sosaria is through the abyss, or through gates.

Daniel was trying to sell his 3 Luna spots a few months ago and had no takers at all. (Or was it two Luna spots?) Enjoy your conspiracy theory.. I think he is riding the wave of current real estate prices (As I said in my previous post about my former Umbra GZ vendor spot).
No offense to Daniel, he is a cool man.. good luck to him. But don't think he has secret knowledge that closed-beta testers already know.
