ugh, I was kind of hoping for all together in one photo, haha!! Something like this, but with the forms across the top or something so I know which is which from left to right.

I THINK this starts with 40723 on the left and ends with 40728 on the right. The middle one is either 40725 or 40726, which look the same to me?

excuse my horrible photo editing, I attempted to add the numbers for the "form" across the top.
