Heh, if bless item are really worth 75m then I've made a huge mistake in the thousands that I have converted into clean up points.
Fun facts about bless items (10str/int/dex armor/jewelry/clothing): They no longer permit a player from exceeding stat caps, and no longer stack with each other. (I may be wrong about stacking, but I do remember there was a reason why I stopped collecting them, this I believe was it.)

The bless charges are the stat bonuses below it. Just like curse charges show a negative 3 stat attribute. Once the charges are used up, the bonus no longer occurs. When worn the charges are used passively. This means as soon as the bless wears off the cloak will automatically cast it again until it runs out of charges. If a buyer wants to preserve the item, it should not be worn as it will not last very long. Max charge items seem to be worth the most to collectors, but some collectors do collect an item theme to make a set of the different charged items (Bless, Curse, Night Sight, Etc). They are worth clean-up points as well.
