Ok here is the scoop on this everyone. I was the one that the account was donated to, I am in the NEW guild and have made the decition to make seige my home shard. Critical gaming told me he wanted his account to go to someone that it would benifit. After looking at my real life finaces I decieded that I could not pay for both accounts. So my plan was to strip the account except the soulstone and faction gear and let the account go inactive. When I was approched about selling the account I thought that it would be better that the account be played by someone then go inactive so I sold the account to the play for an ammount of gold that I will not post here. All he got is exactly what he has posted, all the other gear that critical gameing work so hard to get is still with me and will continue to help me and the NEW guild. I have already gone through part of it and made up a box for the NEW guild to use for players starting gear and graduation gear. I also plan on letting NEW players set up vendors at the house for free. So you can see everyone I had no intention on screwing critical gaming or the person that bought the account or the player of the NEW guild. If I would have known that it was going to go like this I would have let the account just go inactive....It seems there is alot of drama over this and I don't know why, but I have talked to critical gaming in ICQ and told him what happened and he has told me that its no problem with him that he just thought that I would play his account rather than mine....I want to play have fun and make some freinds here on this shard and thats what I'm paying for not to screw anyone out of anything

I thought the weirdest part about the whole thing is after everything that's been happened in the last two weeks he sold the account to Diablo out of everyone. And how did you get in touch with Diablo or vice versa? How did Diablo know you owned the account?

It's like your sitting at your CPU and say "hey, ill sell my account i got for free to Diablo after everything that's been happening the last 2 weeks"

I do know this, Dibalo told me first hand that he was bringing people over from GL, i bet you this guy is one of his friends from GL.

I just think the whole thing is real strange and sad.

I have to step in here to make a post. When Crunch contacted me about giving his account to the NEW I thought most likely to stay on Siege, Arrios came to mind right away. I chose Arrios to have the account When Arrios said he would like to have it perhaps it was unclear to him he would get the actual account along with the house and items.

He then told me he may not be able to afford having 2 accounts right away so I advised him to transfer Crunch's house to Arrios and let the account go inactive for a while till he could afford to play it. Had he said he was going to sell the account I would have told him to give it to another NEW.
I was upset with Arrios for selling it so soon and without asking one of his guildies if they wanted to have it, which Arrios can verify, and in hindsight, he knows this is what he should have done.

There's nothing more sinister about this than a NEW got a bit greedy and didn't share what he was given.
I asked him how anyone knew he was the one that got the Critical Gaming account - he doesn't know, but he was most likely seen - as Arrios Trenfish - in Critical's house and someone put 2 and 2 together.

Duracell could tell us how he found out Arrios was going to sell the account. Care to tell us Duracell?
