ok, just to clearify things. The Lt sash was released on 3 different shards.
1. Red one was awarded to a player on Napa Valley. She still wears that till this day.
2. 3 white ones with abbreviations "Lt" instead of spelled out word were given out on Legend shard after pvp event.
3. 4 were given out on Baja with the name spelled out and with mods for finishing the quest. (this is the one that has been duped)
