Selling my vendor house right next to the Makoto Moongate. Your vendors can be seen instantly on screen when anyone arrives through the moongate. Customers can shop in the safety of the guard zone and plus Makoto is prettier than Luna.

Starting bid is 400k. This might seem high starting bid but there are many advantages to Makoto (less direct competition, with many of the vendors at the bigger house left empty). Reasonable bid increases of at least 20k apply.

Hehe, no, not leaving. Just want to close the account that holds my Iantown house and transfer that house to my main account. Will still be looking to sell my mining goodies but hopefully I'll be able to get a spot at QZ's place

I love Iantown and want to spend more time there.

I am certain you can get a vendor where you like. Lot's of folks are setting vendors up in their own houses. When the House teleporters go on sale I plan to buy several and locate them with trusted folks all over.

oh gee whiz...I just happen to have about 3-4 vendor rental contracts just sitting in a storage chest at Miranda's, collecting dust. As Kelmo said, the vendor rentals can be used anywhere in Iantown. We are growing as a player run town.

a version of them, yes. Not quite the same as the anniversary ones. They're on test center atm, but I believe they've gone on sale in Japan. Part of a decor collection, like the spring decor collection we had before. You recharge them with gate scrolls. Not sure if they have a limited life span.

Yea kelmo that is a nice idea. I think it would be pretty awesome to have all the main crafters/vendors houses linked to one house with multiple house teleporters. Make for easy shopping and for more sales
