Selling / Giving away an 18x15 house! Less than a minute run from Luna

My old house is condemned and will collapse unless I trade it away.

I'm taking offers for sale today until midnight GMT today. If the house doesn't sell, I'll give it for free to the first person who ask nicely :)

House is located about 25 seconds mounted run from Luna walls, but area is low traffic and not suitable for a vendor.
