Maybe its just me or being that its so early but am I the only one that thinks that's alittle insulting to say that? I mean right after he says that 100 mil is to low to offer just 1 million gold more as "friend tax" lol? He seems pretty determined to selling the keep, and making a lowball offer like 100mil or even 101mil not only disrupts the market value of these kind of houses for those out there trying to sell them and not only that, it's just not right. I get where your comming from trying to get the keep for cheap but seriously lets be realistic here, a keep for 100mil sounds a bit unrealistic unless your buying it on the test shard or something in which case you can get them practically free. I'm just saying that if someone out there without prior experience selling a keep came along and saw this thread they would probably start considering selling theres for 100-150mil. When the majority of us know they can sell for more then that and they would more then likely end up getting screwed out of some gold.
Blah i'm just tired and ready to get off work, i'm not trying to come off as rude or anything... I've just been sitting here for the last 4 hours and my butt is hurting! I'm ready to go home and get on UO!
THP just doesn't know the market, so take his comments with a grain of salt or three. Its easy to get worked up looking at prices when you don't follow the market closely. He flamed on my luna road vendor house post as well, scoffing at my 250M reserve. I just sold it for 300M and retired the bidding early. I might have gotten more than I did, but I liked the bidder.

I bought one of those keeps for 500 mil 
...Best purchse I have made so far...Rafman is a great, honest and resonable seller. THe prices on ATL are CRAZY, but hey, we coudl all shard transfer if we wanted to..but here we all are...

You may find but its rare and they do not last long. You acted like you could find them all day. If you do not know prices of the shard don't post in someones thread. Maybe stay on Drach or something?
i found 3 in 10 minutes in fel.
all nice forest ones with no spawn and maybe one neighbor.
placed on the one i liked the best.

granted, while putting up walls i did see people run up, check it out and leave again.
so there definatlly IS interest in housing.

ive been to his house on ATL.
its a 18x18 and very nicelly set up.
