How high do you want? I have approximately 18 Dreads. The dreads above are the lowest rated ones I have. The highest I have is a 4.6 and I have two of those I would let go for 2bil each.

I personally dont understand why people live or die by that rating system, it doenst mean anything when it comes to pvping with a pet. I had a friend who used a greater dragon that firebreathed twice a minute and it was only rated at like 2.3. Its a terrible system to rate pets on in my opinion. Different pets have different things you want to look at but its definitely not what the rating system goes by. But I suppose that is off topic, Good luck selling them

It all depends on what your using the pet for. PvP the higher the str the more damage it deals physically. Having good resists is nice but in pvp you usually wont be off it long enough for someone to kill it so it doesnt matter that much. The untouchables for pvp is how often does it firebreath, some do it more often then others, only way to find out is to test it. PVM its different story, better resistances are needed for longer battles and same with HP. But overall I would say str is most important attribute in both situations. Rating system just bases it on how close to max in all catergories it is. So if max HP on this i believe is 650 and each resist has a max same with str and int, dex will be 125 regardless and all skills will max at gm. So it all depends on what your using it for.
