Looking to sell the house, it is undeveloped but not a plot. Single floor layout for use as a bod storage house, but I am moving my bods to a new location so hoping to sell the house and shut down the acct that holds it.

It could be used easily as a vendor location but traffic is no-where near what you would have just renting spots in luna.
