Beings that I am new to Siege, and the prices here are very different from what Im used to, could someone please suggest a selling price for 10th year rewards. I honestly have no idea where to start.

Old school rule of thumb was 100k per year... That was before some of the more "useful" rewards were added. With soul stones and commodity boxes being popular choices at Year One... The afore mentioned Ankh and a hand full of the gifts be very useful, I honestly could not tell you a set price per year anymore.

Be patient and see where it goes... Zeb is a good guy. He is a merchant and a shrewd one at that. He has always been honest and fair as far as I am concerned. *nods*

Can they be placed in houses owned by chars that hasn´t reached 10 years yet?

If you friend or co-own someone older than 10 years perhaps they can place?

They CAN be placed in a house whose owner is less than 10 years however it MUST be placed by a co-owner who is at least 10 years old. I had this scenario with The Port.

100k / yr was the norm for the last several yrs.
with the exception of certain items
community box 750k-1mil
charger 650k-800k
house teleporters 8mil-12mil

and the price actually comes down slightly after 7th yr
so 10th yr can be around
750k for clothes
gem cart, ank 900k-1m
statues maybe 600k-750k
