I have a great house near skara at the moment, so I'm being picky here.

Looking for something near a city or on the water with minimal spawn. Completely unblocked.

Definitely paying well for the perfect place.

Are you after malas as-well, or just trammel? If malas is fine I have an 18x18 near UW, unblocked. No spawns directly at house, there is an orc camp a screen below though.
