In a place i've found a Seed Pod neon green. I can't take it.
Have i to steal it?

Its residue from the EM storyline about the greater Orcs. They were allegedly growing them from the pods. There are 2 or 3 of them about still as I remember

Is there a way to thake them? Finizhing a quest?

Its from an old event. They are just decoration now. They can't be taken, stolen, etc.

They were recently last used in an event early this year:

One in that screenshot, 4 from that event were unlocked and players took them. So somewhere out there are 4 green seed pods, Although it's unlikely they are stilll on Europa *rolls eyes*
