Seed of Renewal

Hi all...

I couldn't find any detailed info on the Seeds of Renewal so I'm going to ask here...

What are they and what do you do with them?

I have SA upgrade but can't seem to plant them...I've tried planting as I would any other seed and nothing...I've even tried "dropping" the on to a soft dirt pot...still nothing...

Any help would be appreciated :D
