I have 98.8 swordsmanship and 94.9 tactics, and I still can`t use secondary special move.

Secondary speacial move not working

What weapon are you trying to use the special for? Some of them have certain requirements, like the ninja and samurai weapons require 50 ninjitsu and bushido to use respectively.

Check all your equipment for skill bonuses. Any + skill in either that is from jewls or items does not count toward the needed skill to perform specials.
Both of the top messages are correct.
Some specials you will need ninjitsu and/or bushido to use them (50 I believe). Also you will need 90 REAL Weapon skill and 90 REAL Tactics.
