Make him pay to keep the account open. Make him maybe drop another larger house spot. SO MANY other spots in the game that were once worth millions sit empty. Mono cant even give a house away in a once coveted Luna Spot. Spots sit open in luna all the time. Mag is the new luna with Guard Zones. Dont support this.
