SDI doesn't appear to affect chivalry spells such as Holy Light.

I just checked and with a slayer spellbook or more SDI and my holy light doesn't appear to be doing anymore or less damage to monsters... Isn't SDI supposed to affect holy light damage in PvE, especially if ur using a slayer weapon or have a lot of SDI?

No, holy light's damage is entirely karma based, SDI is not supposed to effect it. SDI only works on non-curse spells that have damage based entirely from skill level
