Scrolls

I may have totally missed something, since I don't read as much as I should about this game. I was trying to bump my AL to 110 with a scroll. With AL at 100.0, all I get with the PS is 'Your skill is too high to use this scroll.' So I dropped .1. Notta.
Can you get Disco'd? Do I have to drop even more? Have I eaten too many scrolls?

OMG, I'd already eaten that scroll.
It didn't just seem silly, it was

I believe what that means is that character has already eaten a 110 Animal Lore Power scroll.

You probably are also at your skill cap so something will have to be set to lower for you to gain.

ya i had this happen too, but it turned out, i already had the caps

now i dont know why i had 110 caps in skills that were completly off for my characters, all i can think, is 5 years ago, before i quit, i must have had a ps fiest

probly because i got a soulstone!
