Just put 10 scroll binders on my vendor "Ingots & Gems" at the Minoc Moongate 1/2 screen east, just follow the barrels.. Fully stocked daily with all your ingot and mining gems for imbueing or BODs.. Today's special: Iron ingots 20gp..
