Scripter on Pacific

There's a guy on Pacific running the same path around all the plots. Guy is a noob necromancer in just the noob clothing.

The guy starts on the west and moves around to the last plot on the SE side. Every time he goes by a plot he adds a small amount of tickets or buys the one 10k ticket. When He gets to the SE-1 Plot he stops and seems to log out.

Then another guy who looks exactly like the first one goes on the same path around again. It's like one guy has a ton of accounts and is doing this same script over and over again on pacific.

They always start in the same place, follow the same exact rout, and end up at the same spot.

I've seen 3 of these guys in the past 7 minutes... all of them look exactly alike and follow the same path around the plots...the same exact path.

Just saw another one... every 5 minutes or so... I haven't pulled out the stop watch... another one of these guys runs around all the plots.... Been following it for about an hour now.

I'm seeing them on Lake Superior as well.

Lord Derium saw them as well at lot SE-1 which is where they seem to either be camped, or they start their circuit there. They do not respond, and they are all dressed the same and have one word names.

They are definitely doing circuits, although it seems like each of the characters I've seen only checks certain plots. Scratch that, I've seen three different ones check the plot I'm at.

They seem to keep accidentally dismounting themselves, probably because they are too close to the tombstones. I'm guessing they accidently click on themselves instead of the tombstone, although they instantly pop on to their horses when I come into view

I maybe putting down something to block them soon, I've now seen 5 of them.

Elliot, Kendrick, Hans, Lucian, Hyman are the names I've seen. Now I've seen a Dwight. All have the same horse type as well.

They are all dressed exactly the same, and I've seen some of them in action at the same time - one takes off while another one comes around.

That is not one person doing it legitimately.

Every single one of them goes right up to the plot and basically stops and turns a certain angle, then moves on to the next.

It is very regular.

This event has been "played." Clearly someone is cheating. Geoffrey just passed me... same thing....Trevor is one too.

haha I had the same thought, toss down a lot of rocks or something to block them. BUT, my luck I'd be the one getting banned for "preventing players from doing the lotto".

I stopped the scripter from doing one tOMBSTONE. GET THOSE bagballs and surround each tombstone

And for reference, young can buy anything - that character you saw me as was a young character that I keep around, or rather was a young character up until a few days ago. I was able to buy with it. That's not the same as a trial, but I know somebody that is on a trial and will try to meet with them tomorrow.

For reference to others who haven't seen them, they were hitting the Es, coming around and hitting SE-4, then SE-3, then SE-2, then stopping at SE-1 on LS. I thought they were only hitting certain ones, but it looks like they were hitting them all.

They might be logging out at SE-1 now that I think about it. I saw a couple disappear there. That may explain the timing.

He's camped at SE-1 just like the others. I'm going to get somebody to do some video of it if I can.

I don't get why they pop off their horse when I move offscreen and then pop back on.

At first I thought maybe the script was bad and they were hitting themselves instead of the tombstone, but it's driven by a player coming on screen. Also NPCs don't trigger it.

I put bagballs around the moongate in Pacific... and for about 30 seconds the toon ran around... finally someone got him moving right and responded....

Yeah.. kinda ticks me off... and my chances of actually winning.

For a couple of rounds the bagballs around one of the tombstone worked. The character got to the tombstone and couldn't get to it.. and moved on.

is it picking up whatever is blocking it?

i would just put down 2-3 rows of bagballs all around the tombstones... hopefully deter them from doing it anymore.

A few rounds the guy would not pick them up and would move on. When I put the bagballs around the moongate the guy ran against them for about 30 seconds and finally seemed to do something "real."

I do think there is one guy at the keyboard with a lot of instances of UO going running a script on tons of shards.

I've seen the count here on pacific go up by at least 40.

I'm camping SW-5 on Cats now, to see which way they are going.

I thought they were stacking on each other at SE-1, but I've checked twice, and the most I can verify is that there are two at a time at SE-1, but there maybe one in the field doing the circuit. Usually there is only one at SE-1, but another will show up, and then the previous one disappears.

I'm guessing it's:

Account A: Does the circuit, ends up at SE-1, logs out, but has the timer.
Account B: Does the circuit, ends up at SE-1, usually Account A disappears shortly after B shows up.

I'm going to reverse the circuit and keep on until I can find another.

I want to know how they have all of these accounts. Either they figured out a way for trial accounts to buy tickets, or... well, I don't know what else lol.

well this thread will prolly get locked because of the topic, but hopefully it doesnt get removed and it gets brought to someone at EA's attention. Also, make sure you guys put in a page or several pages so hopefully the GMs will get some kind of tracking on the persons accounts.
