Saw some new seaweed

I saw some of the color seaweed that sits at the HS fishing peer in the water on a vendor at my place.

It was set for 30 million and then later 20 million.

I asked the guy where it came from and he said I dont know a friend gave it to me.

It's a new daily rare. A friend in the states who plays our shard kindly picked some up for me. Since there's one a day available, I certainly wouldn't pay 20mil for it.

That's not spoiling it for everyone.. it's spoiling it for the couple of people who are making millions on it. That is selfishness not a virtuous act. Don't confuse the two.

Sorry? How is clearing up provenance and preventing unscrupulous players making lots of gold off the unwary a selfish thing to do? I knew about it, via someone else, from the start of the expansion. Never even crossed my mind to try and get obscene amounts of gold for the thing. That's just dishonest.

I haven't said where it is because sometimes, it's fun to work stuff out for yourself. Anyone who cares to PM will get the location I was given to go and get their own. That way I don't spoil it for anyone else who likes to work stuff out for themselves.

You can just pick it up, as far as I know


(I'm rarely awake first thing in the morning and the only time I ever see server up is when I approach it from the other side, so to speak, so I was reliant on the friend who got it for me and the friend who told us about it for info!)

I got one, it's locked down in front of my fishing shack. Fetched it myself.

I wouldn't pay 20 million for it though. As a 'daily rare' it's not really worth any more than the Yew fruit basket or the Covetous candles.
