Yesterday probably we crushed too hard the head of the poor Santa and so probably he lost the way to come back home (i bet we'll see him around also this evening LOL). But we are lucky: he brought with himself presents for good and bad kids of Siege ! So if you pass from the Market of UWSP Town, you'll see an elf of his (it's disguised like a human near teletiles !!!). Just stop near him and say "Present" and you'll get your little present for Christmas !!
