Sacred Journey Failing at 65 skill

Not sure what is going on but I have been failing ALOT useing my sacred journey @ 65 skill. Now the odd thing is it only takes 15 skill to cast. Can we get this looked at?

Its a conspiracy, tiny little gold sinks like the new vendor thing with insured items. That was put in to make more gold go out of the game.

But yeah I have failed some like that, other spells too, that I thought how am i failing this.
