And thus it is revealed: forget your Orcs, Elves, and Gargoyles, the most role-played critter on some shards is the Cyclops, who ignore the current in-game fiction in favor of their own particular RL fiction. Personally, I favor the new expansion.

Cyclopses aren't nearsighted! They just have no depth perception. They make horrible outfielders in baseball.

Well in real life I am not a giant only 6'2 but I only have one working eye, so does that count?
