How to make 100% elemental weapons?

If you mean, a 100% Ele and 150 Luck so you can enhance it with Golden ingot to 190 Luck, it's not achievable with Bronze Runic.
The most I can get from bronze is 70% Ele with 140 Luck (then enhance to 180 Luck).
Might exist on better Runic, but I'm not too sure how you deal with overflowing properties.

The only way I can think to get it would be would involve using a 100% elemental weapon with no other properties - and that's only if nothing's changed in the last 12 years.
When reforging was introduced, you could use loot 100% elemental weapons with no other properties as the target for reforging (and it didn't count against imbuing, either). I've not had one to attempt to reforge in years, so no idea if that ever got nerfed - though it did manage to survive at least a while past the point where the nerf hammer hit to stop people who were able to reforge for color only, then reforge for other properties.
