Rune Library?

I've been thinking about putting up a few vendors on a trial basis at my new Zento house (across the road from Ruler's house) once I finish a few more crafting skills on Margrette. I have also been thinking about maybe putting out a small collection of rune books (have to mark them all first!), but don't want to step on anyone's toes by setting up a rune library if there is already one open and well-used. Any thoughts? Good idea or really bad idea? Do people even use rune libraries on Siege or is it just asking for those intrepid gate jumpers to come and do stuff with you?

If a rune library is a good idea, I'll probably also be in the market for another set of portals if anyone thinks they'll have some for sale. Don't have a good idea what they cost and will have to hunt up some gold yet to buy them. How much do those usually cost?

Im currently in the works of marking runes to set up a full library at my mag shop but the more the merrier

im in the process of marking more off the wall spots like special sites like the telescope, some sexy stuck spots for fun, nice farming areas for leather, a pretty taming one things like that. I thought about doing a random area book for tmaps but that would be a waste of time.

Good rune libraries with nearby shopping are always appreciated. Back in my prodo shard days, there were for many years the famous Goodman's Rune Library (with vendors on the porch) on Atl and the Travel Lodge on Cats. Travel Lodge had several buildings with all sort of vendors with a superb library which was always up to date.
Since both Magincia and Zento are the emerging shopping centers, either or both are good candidates for a rune library.

Goodman's original rune library and vendor house on Mag's beach brings back a ton of great memories from when I first started the game. Mag's was great with the VIT bod shop and Demon's vendor house.

I have a rune Library. just east of makoto moongate, then south. you will see vendors on the roof. it has been there for about 2 - 3 years now
I got patty pickax Rune books also that are in there.. The roof looks different now, but you can find it

There is also a rune library in Gilfane. Just in front of the Gilfane museum.

And also L'ara Thunder is setting one up by the north road in Zento.
