Ruined tapestry bugged?

Just noticed mine sticking WAAAAY through the ceiling into the floor above, even when lowered as far as possible with a deco tool. Was it always like this? I don't remember it poking through the floor. It's sort of useless as-is.

Oh good. What an unusual bug though. Have there been similiar ones in the past, where the vertical offset of some random object changed for no reason?

Well, they were trying to fix its bugged placement in the EC.. and... well.. uhm.. made it worse.
