[Price Check] Rubble Price check. Help needed.

Hello i posted this on the Traders forum but without any luck so i post it here as well since i really have no clue about the value.
I have someone intereted in this rubble and would like to know the estimated value before i accept his offer of 30k each piece.

I dunno if its of any value but i have multiple of most pieces in the picture except the Portal piece and i did get this at the Magnicia invasion.

imo 30k/piece is correct, however i'd charge 100k/each for the piece of column and the piece of archway. those are rarer than the other pieces of broken wall and plants.

piece of column = #2
piece of archway = #3
those are the 2 that you can sell for (i originally said 100k but i agree they can easily be sold for 500k)
broken wall pieces = #1, 4, 5, 6 & 9 = 30k
plants = #7 & 8 = 30k

You can easily get 500k for 2 and probably at least a mill for 3 hell id pay that

ya i'm betting the guy you had interested...was trying for a cheap deal on 2 and 3.

I ended up selling the small wall pieces at 50k each.
If panoramix2009 still wants the piece of column for 500k its hers, ive got 3 of them.
Got an offer for 250k for the archway and noone seems to want the Plant and the dirt.
