Rubble & Decaying.....

I accidently forgot to lock down a few rubble pieces in my house and noticed they were still there after a few days so I left them see if they'd decay but never did, they suppose to not decay or is this a bug that needs to be looked at?

<font color="#666666">not sure if it's a bug, same thing happened with a stuffy bear i dropped on the floor b/c it was plain and i didn't want it, and it's still there like 2 weeks later. not sure if stuffy's are supposed to decay or not either. </font>
