Because South East Corner possess it, I think that it is not missing.

Rubble blood contains 8 parts, ignoring north west.
And south west part exists, indeed.
Here is a screenshot of south west parts when I got.

Ah, I see what you're asking. The NW corner there is using a second W piece. Because it goes behind the block, you cannot see that it is actually the wrong piece for that place.
