[Price Check] Rubble and Mini House deeds

Hi everyone!

I have the Tall Bench north half facing east, (2nd from left in UO Guide pic) and the group of three rocks (rightmost in UO Guide pic). Can you guys give me a ballpark on these (mostly the bench, I seem to remember the rocks not being much....)

I also have almost a complete set of mini-house deeds, and I believe the keep and castle are present as well as the 2004 contest winner. Any chance you knowledgeable folks can price those as well?

Finally got home to look up the houses on vendor search. I'm good there. Couldn't find a price on the Tall Bench though. Someone in game mentioned they went for 30 mil maybe? I was in a rush and didn't catch it. Any help with that one would be greatly!

By tall bench I assume it's the church pew benches.. i mostly see them at 20 to 25 mil per piece. I've bought aton of these thru out the years and paid that price range or less for all of them..

i see them here and there for 30m but when I do they ussually sit on the vendor for a month or 2.. I find when they are that 20-25mil range they normally sell rather quick..

Legends, aye? That was me in game giving you those price quotes.

For the pew, a complete 2 piece pew is going in the 35-40m range; figure under half that for the one piece by itself.

A full set of mini house deeds which is 22 or 23 deeds (I forget) is 50 mil plus or minus 10 milz.
