(Compassion Grove, Trammel) At the last session of the High Council of Britannia, Lady Silverbrook, whose beach-front home sits as a stark reminder of Magincia's former glory, announced that with the assistance of High Justicar Ra'Dian Fl'Gith of the High Court of Britannia, that the Magincia Endowment for the Arts and Community Affairs had been created. "We have seen fit to begin a grant open to all communities," Silverbrook announced, adding, "Communities that extend to even those who may not access the High Council normally."

Access to the grant is said to be a simple process, wherein someone who wishes to hold a community event simply visits the office of the fund on the northern shores of Maginicia, or petitions the High Council to do so on their behalf. The purpose of the fund is to allow people who would like to hold an event, but who may not have access to funds in order to offer or purchase prizes or other items to hold a successful event may have an avenue to do so. "I do hope that others do use this, and it may provide some help and/or encouragement to others who wish to provide ongoing community interaction," Lady Silverbrook noted.

The grant is supported wholly through funds already available, and at present, is not seeking outside donations. For more details about this grant, please visit Lady Silverbrook at the Office of the Magincia Endowment for the Arts and Community Affairs, or High Justicar Ra'Dian Fl'Gith at the High Court of Britannia or the High Council of Britannia during regular meetings. "It is our wish," Lady Silverbrook concluded during the announcement, "that this will bring together and strengthen communities."
