It all depends on the name. The whispering roses go for a little bit more than the AoS roses due to age. As low as 100k each (bit less for AoS) for names like 'Fred Jones' all the way up to 10mil or so for something like 'your true love,' 'Richard Garriott,' etc.

Whispering: 80-125k on most shards.
AoS: 20-25k on most shards.
