RNG I hate you!! sigh no shadow wyrm costume

over 35+ turn ins so far and ZERO shadow wyrm costume get we have the ability to trade with NPC at a rate of 5 other costume to 1 picked costume? sigh

Got my shadow wyrm last night on #39. I had needed it since #14 to make the set of costumes. I still only have 1 Shadow Wyrm and 1 Dream Wraith.
I know a GoL member got it on #1.

Sometimes the RNG gods or fickle for sure.

After 52 costumes on the 53rd attempt I finally got shadow wyrm costume....

All I can say is RNG in this game is wierd....

I have gotten like 2 mark of trav and 2 crimson in 5 trav kills

yet the 1 in 5 chance to get a shadow wyrm costume It takes me that many tries.

I actually think the Dream Wraith and the Shadow Wyrm are weighted some how to make them more rare. Still possible to get them on the first try because its random but harder to get for the most part.

Ha I have 10 Bloodworms, 1 skeleton, and 2 gazers....... it hates me too.

For this one I'm finally on the other side of the coin.

I have received 4 red crystals so far. I got two shadow wyrms a gazer and a skeleton.

I really don't feel like pushing my luck any further.

I have

20 gazers
11 skeletons
9 bloodworm
1 shadow wyrm
1 dream wraith

I would like to get one more shadow wyrm and dream wraith before the event ends. I like having at least two of everything, but am very happy I at least got one of each.

Got my Shadow Wyrm on my very first red crystal, since then I've got 2 blood worms, 3 gazers and 4 skeletons, no Dream Wraith.

I saw a shadow wyrm costume for sell on a pac vendor for 1million gp two days ago, still kicking myself today for not buying it :wall:

I bought one...

I've sold somewhere around 1k of the red crystals so far so it was just smarter to sell them and use some of the money to definitely get one.

1k red crystals?? I must be doing something wrong :) Can you please tell us how you get so many crystals? I can get a max of 4 in the 10 mins Iam transformed (And thats only if Iam lucky), then I need to spend at least 5 more minutes to get some residue.
So a quick calc on that brings me to a total of aprox 15 crystals pr. hour :)

Any advice?

Oh WOW! Please... how in the world are you getting that many? I do about 4-5 runs a night and only end up with maybe 10-12 red crystals?

Today I got SIX skeleton costumes in a row, not a single other one all day.
I did get a bunch yellows tho, anyone want to trade a dream wraith costume for yellow crystals on Pac? :p

Impossible. Maybe 1k crystals total but not 1k of the red. I get on average 8 crystals every go but more often then not I get 10 every go and I probably have got ~500 between all colors. If you had 1k red you could have had all costumes easily.

ABC1961 is a family they are at least 4 people might be more. So his numbers are usually this high on every event. It took him forever for the first Mempo if I remember right and he ended up with +50 or something.

I must be blessed. I got one of each costume, and only turned in 21 reds.

1st bloodworm
2nd gazer
3rd skeleton
4th dream wraith
5th shadow wyrm

I was thinking that you got them in order, by how many you turned in. Was just thinking about working on another set with a new char. Guess I was just lucky.

Well that is quite misleading...

So he really didnt' get 1000, between 4 people they got 1000, that is a lot more believable lol. 50+ Mempos, if any are on Origin I'm looking for 1 :)

just by playing about 2-3 hours at night during the week plus friday night heavy grind I was able to pull 50+ costumes. It would not be hard for someone that can play all day to hit 1000 red crystal in a week at all.

ha! dont feel bad im up to number 30 turn ins now and my first 21 turn ins were all skelly costumes the rest were bloodworms and 1 gazer,

I got the seventh skeleton in a row. Only did one tonight, starting to not be fun any more. :(
I'll just gather the last few blues, get a 140luck robe and trade it for a dream wraith.
