RNG Broke or is Lumberjacking in Ter Mur?

Ok I have 2 GM Lumberjacks...

Both have SA... Both have been to Ter Mur Lumberjacking... One of them used to get Crystal Shards .... the other one has NEVER gotten a single one...

I have been over there 15 times on her... lumberjacking around the same area as the other one... But not ONCE has she ever gotten a crystal... and I've been at it 3 hours a crack... Now that's pathetic odds...

Now my thought is.... either the RNG is broke... they turned off the ability to get the crystal shards... Or this char is BUGGED.

I just don't get how it can be THAT unlucky. I mean she's got SA that's for sure.... because that account is the one with my 120 Imbuer... so I KNOW it's upgraded... and she's an Elf so she should be able to get "increased" chances of getting resources... but not once has she gotten the shards.

I'm beginning to think she is totally bugged.

I have a GM Lumberjack and I get Crystal Shards in Ter Mur every day. I have noticed that I do not get as many as I use too, but I do get them. I can usally get one within 15 to 30 minutes of normal chopping. If your not getting any with a specific character, then she may be bugged. Do you get all of the other items associated with lumberjacking, like the gems, fungi, ect.?

yes, the crystal shards are the rarest ingredient to get, last time I need 10 of them I spent 8 hours in lumberjacking

I too have a problem there as well. Seems that one of my Gm LJ's has never gotten a amber or the crystals. She gets everything else but them and I have chopped for hours on end on her. My main LJ has gotten the crystals and the amber almost what could be called regular rate, but that too has slowed down to a few every few hours. Makes for fustrated player when you get more off fighting things in the abyss then hard work.

My experience(not even GM Lmj) is having one in my pack significantly reduces my chances of getting the drop. And yes non GM jackers get the crystal drops too.... About 3-6 an hour

Hum... well I'll keep trying.

But she gets everything else... gems, fungi, bark, and switches...... but not the shards.

Sad because I made her to be my main lumberjack with 4 bonded pack Llama's.

She must just be the UN-Luckiest Lumberjack.

i just recently turned my jacker to a elf hoping to get more of the elusive frost wood and headed to tel mur to find some in 2 hours of wood chopping i had gotten my 1st crystal....allways get the amber and other goodies... still have not found any frost wood since the changes..i get everything else
