Returning player

Hey!

I cancelled my acct years ago and came back very briefly a couple of years back and now I am back again! This time I am starting from scratch on a brand new account. I am still on the 14 day trial, but I wanted to ask. Since I have been out of things for so long, what is my best way of getting started out? So far I have a smaurai warrior who has 9k. I have been doing some of the newbie quests and I am currently killing bears and such and selling the hides which is bringing in a little cash. I want to get a little house and get settled so whats my best way of making some gold? I am not asking how ot get rich quick, just want to be up and running.

It does, 'cause you can ask the Lizardman! Make a call for PeStRePeLlEr in help chat and i'll get you equipped-runebooked-informed, fast, clean and free of course.

You can also look for the returning players' house, which is near the trinsic moongate: it has items and books with directions for returning and new players.

Ah!! Glad you said what shard you are on. Many on Europa will help you but since you are limited to help chat you will need to add an icq# or whatever you use so some can help you out until you activate the trial account to a paid account. Once your account is active then you can talk in general chat.

If your character can handle itself pretty good and decent skills around 60's to 70's I would suggest to try shame level 1 since they revamped it with new loot and monsters.

Also the professions forums are a good place to see what the temps folks are using.
