Results of 15 Dull Copper Runics...

So...I know most people don't care much for Dull Copper Runics..

I know they don't really put out the elite Weps..however, in my mind they are the 2nd most useful Runic (maybe tied for 2nd with a Verite..)..

Here is why:

I have been trying to build a set of 2S weapons for each Mele Skill (Swrd, Fenc, Mace)..

For Macing, I am using the Tessen (Has Feint), I am basically looking for appox the same mods to all of them, Mana Leech, DI, SSI, Hit Lightning, and DCI. (Basically Wind's Edge with less SSI and added Hit Spell)...

At any rate, getting off track here...

So..in 15 DC hammers (cost around 220 K total) I have made:

1 100% Pois Tessen with Di, and DCI only
1 50% Fire 50 % Pois Tessen with only DI
1 80% Cold 20% Phy, Mana Leech Only

So, basically 3 usable Tessens...and one (the 100% pois one) turned out to be a lucky pull indeed!

I am quite pleased with the results of this! I tried to kill Rune Beatles, Yamadons, Hiyurs, Less Hiyrus, and Onois in search of 100% Tessesn and came up empty every time, so this was great!!!

I did hit a few more 90-100% Tessens (4 others I think), but I hit the wrong Mod. I am plannign on throwing all the 100%s on a vendor and letting other people looking for differnt mods scoop them up.

At any rate, with Imbueing, I declare the Dull Copper Runics to be of great use again..wait not again..rather, I declare the Dull Copper runic to FINALLY be of great use!!

I remember when I first got into the Bod system. I burned a few dull copper runics and then found I could smelt them for 4 ingots and did that instead with the rest I got. Eventually I quit doing Bods because I didn't play enough hours to make it fun. After a break in doing bods of about a year my guildmates convinced me to start it again convincing me due to changes it was more useful. I did and have been doing bods ever sinice then. Ever since then I always enjoyed burning dull copper runics and I still do but then again. I only play an hour a day and still haven't got anything better than a bronze runic and a 15X ash but I am getting close. Eventually I will get those bods I need but in the mean time I am easily distracted by playing around with dull coppers.

dull coppers are the best hammer when you use them with imbuing. theyre generally cheap, plus chance of elemental damage and free 30 ssi, slayer/superslayer, ubws, etc..

with higher hammers you get too many useless mods (luck) etc, they cost a lot, and less charges

1 80% Cold 20% Phy, Mana Leech Only

Enhance this one with shadow (or agapite, or valorite) to get a 100% cold weapon. I would use shadow for the better success rate.
