Restocked the Miner 69er

Thanks for cleaning out my vendor, I restocked it with:
regular ingots
val ingots
verite ingots
aggy ingots
runic hammers
mining gems
powder of fort
FREE sturdy shovels
FREE gargoyle pickaxes
FREE prospector tools
I also add scrolls and other random items from time to time.
