Restless Bones from Primeval Spawn

I have recently seen people selling the "Restless Bones of XXXX" from the Primeval Lich spawn. I have gotten quite a few deco pieces from this area but never seen the restless bones spawn as deco..only seen them spawn so you take them and drop them on their respectful grave.. Is this a new Spawn Item for deco or is there a trick to keeping them deco or is it a bug?

Just wanted to know before I spend too much gold on them..

We haven't seen any on our shard when we do Prime evil Lich spawn in probably 6 months or more. Not sure how people would manage to get them out to sell w/o it being an exploit, as they had timers on them that made them go poof. Perhaps another exploit being used which doesn't seem to warrant any concern from the EA crews?

Anyone has any info about this?

The bones -without timer- has a weight of 1 stone, so they are NOT spawned as part of the champ spawn decos because those items has a weight of 2 stones.

Using BoS on the timered bones doesnt remove the timer on it.
