Do you mean selling in bulk, or buying in bulk?
I'm sorry I can't just list prices, because I do not trade in the items you listed. I can give you my general "basis" for pricing, though.
My philosophy is, if I'm selling a resource, I demand at LEAST what a player would pay the NPC for it. I do not agree with providing basic gathered materials in bulk (like lumber, ingots, etc.) from NPC vendors just like I think that NPC's supplying 500 recall scrolls at a time jacked up crafters and scribes (who now sell recalls at the same price they could get off an NPC.)
So for crafted items... my price is always, minimum, the purchase cost of the materials from an NPC (@whatever, 11-13gp per board or whatever NPC's charge you to buy). That's minimum. Since I gather my own resources, that is technically pure profit, unless it's an item that requires mats you can't gather.
