Repairing Imbued Items?

I have a 100% Poison butcher knife that is used for training purposes, and it has come time to repair it.

Unfortunatelyl dclicking the smithy hammer, selecting repair, and then hitting the butcher knife brings the message: You cannot repair the item in this way. Or something of that sort.


So how is one to repair imbued weapons? The butcher knife is 15/152 Durability, so should be repairable.

Is a butcher's knife not a tinkered item?
You may need to use tinkering for it

Imbued items can be repaired?

To my knowledge they can.
They just can't have their durability increased with Powder of Fortification once they're imbued.

Yes Imbued items can be repaired, and yes the Butcher's knife is a Tinker item, not smith.
